5. Payment Terms

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for all subscription fees, services, and products purchased through VocalInvoice. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your initial purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact us at legal@vocalinvoice.com with your account information and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

This refund policy applies to:

• All subscription plans (monthly and annual)
• One-time purchases
• Initial subscription payments

Please note that refunds are only available for the first 15 days after the initial purchase. Renewal payments and payments made after the initial 15-day period are not eligible for refunds.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VocalInvoice and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

VocalInvoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
